RULES OF THE GUILD!!

COUNCIL: Doug, Keli, Ryoki, Gabsoa, Grasseater, Llianna, Smolkra, Anosagrado, Jacer

Rule # 1 - All important decisions are made by a majority vote of the council. There is no GM, COUNCIL IS ALL!!

Rule # 2 - All issues with other guild members are to be dealt with swiftly and constructively. Please feel free to go to any council member if you have any issues, we are here to help, and will not take offence to any honest inquiries/issues and will keep things confidential if asked.

Rule # 3 - All applicants are accepted on a trial basis, and will be brought into raids, will receive fair chances at loot, but will be on probation for a period of 1 month

Rule # 4 - Be on time for raids, be prepared (food, pots, flasks, enchants, gems, reagents), and limit afk breaks to a minimum (ie: wait till wing is down etc.), If you cannot make it to a raid please notify a council member in advance

Rule # 5 - Do not sign up for a raid if you are not geared for that raid, or have not at least reviewed the fight in advance. If you come unprepared for a raid it will only reflect negatively on you.

Rule # 6 - There is to be no favoritism in the guild, all members will be treated as equals

Rule # 7 - Do not get upset when wiping on new content, try to remain positive and give 100% effort so we can progress

Rule # 8 - Do not take offence to constructive criticism, accept it and try to use it to improve

Rule # 9 - Just because you are in the guild does mean you are entitled to a raid spot. We will do our best to include everyone as often as possible but if you are not invited dont take offence, you will be there next time. Also feel free to pug at any time, we don't require that you raid solely with us. However, if you have already been told you are coming to the raid please dont save yourself to another raid, talk to a council member if you would like to relinquish your spot to pug with another group.

Rule # 10 - No racism, rude comments (to people who aren't your friends), bitching, whining, complaining, (any other synonym of those), No G-quitting for attention, Be respectful to everyone at all times, and have fun.
